Q: Are your store promotions available outside of the US?
A: Unless otherwise noted, all of our store promotions involving supplements and samples are available for US orders only.
Q: When are orders processed?
A: All orders placed on or before 12:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the same day, provided all the items are in stock. All orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. There are no deliveries made on Saturdays or Sundays.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number once my order is shipped?
A: After your order is processed and packaged by our shipping team you will then receive a tracking number by email.
Q: What is the standard shipping for domestic orders?
A: Standard shipping for domestic orders (continental US and APO/FPO addresses) is a flat $8.95 charge regardless of order size.
Q: How long does standard shipping take?
A: Standard shipping via either UPS ground or USPS priority mail typically takes up to 5 business days after your order has been processed. This is by far the most economical service we offer.
Q: Can I order supplements internationally?
A: Unfortunately, due to international regulations/customs, we are unable to ship supplements outside of the US. To inquire on where to buy our products in your country, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are able to ship clothing and other gear items. Q: Do you ship your clothing/gear items internationally?
A: Yes we do. Just add the appropriate clothing items to your cart and continue the checkout process. Upon checkout, you will be able to select and choose international shipping options.
Q: Is next day delivery available?
A: We no longer offer next day shipping, however, we do offer special 2nd day expedited shipping.
Q: Do you ship UPS or USPS?
A: Depending on your location within the United States, we will make a determination based on cost to decide which method we will ship your product. Note: The shipping costs for you will still the same regardless if it gets shipped USPS or UPS. If you have a preference, please declare it in the "comment" box so we can specifically select it for you.
