Powerlifter Since 2016
Bio: From a young age, I have always been involved with sports. Pee-wee basketball, track, soccer, dance team- you name it, I did it. Physical activity has always been a staple of my life. However, when I became pregnant and found myself navigating through nursing school simultaneously, I fell victim of “letting myself go.”
My fitness journey started after my daughter turned 1. I began training and lifting heavy with strength training. I am married and the mother of two children, Charlotte, 8, and Nolan, 3. I am employed at a surgical hospital as a registered nurse.
Favorite Workout: My favorite workout would have to be leg day of any kind. I absolutely live for compound lifting such as deadlifts and squats of any variety.
Favorite Cheat Meal: My all time favorite cheat meal is going to be a big ol’ burrito bowl from Qdoba, followed by a blizzard from Dairy Queen.
Go to supplement stack: I love baking with Ultra Whey Pro and Ultra Iso Whey. I also use Egg Pro Chocolate, as an easy-to-digest protein source. For pre-workout, I love the new Pre-Armed Strawberry Limeade flavor. And from the Naturals Line, I dig the new Collagen Powder.
