That's what we do. Give back. Pay it forward. Show appreciation for the gifts that we've been given by passing them on. Spread the love—through charity, through education, through mentorship, through our community. This is the Universal way.
 
Taking the lessons learned in the gymnasium, the sense of camaraderie derived from training with your buddies and giving that positive energy back to those in need. Your neighbors who need direction, guidance, resources or simply the support of a person that cares. In being a better friend, we build a better community. In building a better community, we make the world a better place.
 
One bodybuilder at a time, doing his best to improve himself and urging on his brother along the way. Setting a standard to which the rest of the planet can aspire. Just like that first day in the gym, something so small has the potential to one day be larger than life. No gesture is too tiny, no contribution insignificant, as it all pays in to a greater cosmic till, improving all of our lives by enriching a single life.
