This is hands down the best weight gainer I have used. A couple of scoops and its extremely light on the stomach but still filling. Oatmeal mixes just fine with it too. The flavors are just as good, my favorites were Cookies n Cream and Strawberry.

The greatest gainer. Easy to mix too. Its a great quality protien shake. If you want to help your body put on size, you have to get some Real Gains.

in the offseason this is what you need... i used to hate weight gainer because the were hard to digest and made me bloated.. but this absolutely is amazing.. taste 10/10

Very Impressive with this formula. Read about lifters getting big gains and i myself have seen some gains already in only two weeks. Best part is the price, very cheap.

The profile on Real Gains is so much better than most other gainers. The lack of sugar in Real Gains make it perfect for gaining muscle and not excess fat. Works great for those carb sensitive bulkers like me.

In the past I stayed away from weight gainers because they contained cheap protein and ALOT of useless sugar... Real gains is something else... look at the ingredients yourself.. I use a full serving once a day.

One of my favorite powders of all time, particularly the Strawberry flavor. Real bits of strawberry, great taste, packs in a lotta calories and doesn't fill me up. After a big shake, I'm ready for my next whole food meal. Love it.
