What payment methods do you accept on the website?

We accept these major credit cards--Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

How do I search for products?

At the top of each page you'll find a search tab. Type in the Universal product that you'd like to search for in the search tab. Once the product shows up in the search list, you can click on it for the full, informative product page.

How do I order something from your site?

Step 1: Homepage. From the homepage, click on the yellow Universal button with the red bodybuilder.

Step 2: Products. Click on the "Products" tab which is located between "The Company" tab and "News" tab. This will bring you to the full list of our store product categories. You can select the item you'd like to purchase after browsing these categories. If you know which product you'd like to purchase but aren't sure where it is located, go to the search tab located at the top of each page. Type in your product(s) of choice.

Step 3: Select product sku's and add to cart. Once you've selected the product(s) you'd like to purchase, on the product page, underneath the product description, you'll find a drop down box where you'll need to select the exact sku that you'd like to purchase. Once the sku that you want is selected, click the  "Add To Cart" button.

Step 4: Shopping cart. Once the product is in your cart, you can select to "Continue to Shop" if you would like to add other items and repeat Step 3. If you want to update the number of items that you have in your cart, you can do this by typing in a new number under "Quantity" and then press "Update Quantities". If you would like to remove something from your cart, select the check box next to that product and then press "Remove Checked".

Step 5: Checkout. To checkout, you will need to fill in your proper billing address and shipping address information. There will be an asterisk next to required fields that must be filled out in order to complete the checkout process. Once your proper address information is filled out, select your method of shipping that you prefer and press "Continue" at the bottom of the page to proceed.

Step 6: Confirm your order. Please view your customer information and confirm that everything is correct. Once you approve, hit the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.

Step 7: Payment Information. Please submit the proper credit card information on this page--Name on card, card type, card number, CVV number and expiration date. Hit "Submit" once everything is entered correctly.

Step 8: Order confirmation. Once you've submitted your payment information correctly, your order will be confirmed on the next page. Here you can see what you've ordered along with your order number. If you have any further questions, feel free to call us at 1-800-USA-0101.
