Nutrition & training for losing body fat
I was wondering if you have any ideas on what kind of training splits i should do and how much cardio i should do to lose body fat also what diet ratio do you think works best 50/30/20 or 40/40/20 . Im 5,2 and weigh about 240 and a body fat of 31 % My goal is to get down to 180 pounds with about 13-14 % body fat and i know it unbelieveable what would be you opinion Thank you .Im a big fan of yours by the way

You have a lot of informations, i want to know where/how you learned about training.Did you learn reading in bodybuilding websites, bought training books/magazines or just started by intincts?

Hey Antoine, Do you know what your one rep maxes are in Bench, Deadlift and Squat? You seem to be particularly strong for a bodybuilder.

Hey antoine,Not sure if you have answered this before but what is your timing with cardio/meals/workout through out the day. I am currently following your 15 weeks out mr canada diet. Also can you shout out my friend christian and tell him you have to eat big to get big.

how did you keep your motivation up when you were a teenager and now?? i want to compete seriously one day and every time i look at the mirror, i always feel disappointed in my physique and this really brings my motivation down. i keep changing up my routine due to this......
