VIDEO: Athlete Q/A Thread
Startin' up a new video Q/A thread. For now, it'll be just Antoine, but in the future, other Universal Athletes may join in. For now, post up ur question right here in this thread and at the beginning of every week, Antoine will select a few questions and answer them personally via a vid.The great thing about a vid Q/A is that the athlete can demonstrate a move, show ya how to use equipment like liftin' straps, etc. Ur not limited to just words, but vid... Anyways, let's get this party started...
All weekly vids will then be posted here in this thread...

Is there a difference between what you sip on during your workouts pre-contest and post-contest?
