Made in the USA!!!

Well the time has come down to get my ass in gear for the USA's. I sit today just over 24 weeks out. I have really been taking things kinda easy since November. My diet has been pretty strict and ive been doing a bit of cardio here and there because I keep landing shoots and now a commercial but starting Sunday I kick off an 8 week light bulking phase with a leg workout which I havent really touched in months.

Im sitting 245-250 range and still pretty lean so I am happy with how i have responded during this down time. I still have the nagging issues with my right knee, left pec, and right bicep as well as some tendonitis in elbows but I am going to be very diligent with therapy on them.

Ill be posting some pics and vids early next week and start documenting everything. I am going to continue with Cormier but unsure about diet. I may do my own because my dietitian is doing USA as well and competing against me so there is a conflict of interest. Not that I think he would sabotage me but he will be so involved with himself that he will not be able to devote the attention needed the last few weeks. Gotta think this out next week!

light bulking

Sounds like a good plan, what does your diet look like for the light bulking phase please?
