A little but no little question

Hi Guys, I m a argentinian bodybuilder. I have trained since 20 years. But I still having a problem: my upper back (exactly teres minor and infraspinatus) is bad. I need urgently density on my upper back specially these zones. I have a big arms, legs, wide back, shoulders but my upper back keep so. I tried with perfect alimentation, good training with deadlifts, rows (more and more rows) rear raises, chin ups and everything. Some advice please?

Regards from Buenos Aires

The only thing I can think of is when you do your rows flare your elbows out and pull up towards your chest not stomach so more upper back is involved.. give it time too.. results won't happen overnight ma man. Hope this helps

Keep doing your deads, and add in some rack deads and heavy t-bar every now and then.
