as i said, i felt a little down before the leg workout and i thought that i could get a cold or something..

yesterday was herrible and i had a serius cold and maybe a litle feeber..

today i feel a little bit better but i skip the workout today and heal up...

i dont want to beet myself in the gym whit some virus and then be sick for a week..

gotta be smart..

hate to be sick!

finally back in the gym after couples days off, being sick..

incline db press
db flyes
flatpress
cablecrossovers fst-7
straightbar pushdown
ez-cul bar extension
db extension

and then some calves...

felt good, a little down in strenghr couse of i have some cold still inside me but overall good pump and good feeling
