got a nice photoshoot opporunity for me in 4,5weeks..

so last time i did get a photoshoot opporunity the boss called and canceled it, he was a big yerk.. this time its rly gonna happend and i need to shave some BF % off me... i have around 4weeks to do that.. ofc 4weeks will not get me to the best condition but i will sertanly be able to make some nice progress in theese 4 weeks in condition whise..

i rly dont now what my BF is right now, couse i never messure it out but i think its somewhere in 10-12%, alot of water..

6,0, 170pounds, 17years old

the diet i have been doing before was around 300g carbs, 260g protein and 50g fats for my offseason meal plan..

i do not work good on low carb higher fat diets, i look flat whit absolutly no pump at the gym, so i think carbs work better for me..

i was thinking of maybe drop carbs to 220g per day and protein to 300g per day whit almost zero fats..

'''protein is weighed after cooked'''

meal 1: 50g carbs from oats, 3Oz chicken, 5 eggwhites, 20g isowhey
postshake: 40-50g carbs, 45-50g isowhey
meal 2: 50g carbs, 50g protein
meal 3: 45g carbs, 50g protein
meal 4: 30g carbs from oats, 50g protein
meal 5: 6Oz chicken, a ton of spinich
meal 6: 50-60g casein

what u think abaout that diet, let me know if there is something crasy wrong that would hinder my fatloss..

doing cardio postworkout 30min on treadmill on 8incline, 3,5mph

am fasted cardio 30min stationary bike.. everything low intisiti..

thats it, plzz let me know if there is something that needs to cut out in diet couse i rly want to bring my best to the day.. this time the photoshoot is rly happening and i would love to nail it, couse i am a fighter and i will never give up regardless how much cardio or what i need to do i will do it..

4 weeks is not a ton of time, but you can certainly drop some BF tho.

300g of carbs at 170lbs seems pretty high for a cutting diet, i would certainly drop that some. Healthy fats are good in moderation. It will really be working with your body to make sure you lose the BF you are looking for. You simply need to try it out.

nono, u missread it C:P

i was doing 300g carbs when i was trying to put on lean mass...

now i'm cutting and doing around 200g carbs per day whit 300g protein and zero fats..

think thats works best!

currently doing 1hour of cardio per day.. 2*30 sessions..

postworkout and then before my 5 meal wich is only protein..
