Tight waists and flat stomachs
Just wondered what's every ones views are on keeping small waists and flat guts, I hat the bloated belly and wide waists.Mass

Both, personally I think your waist is your waist and you can only work with got what you got given, if you have a lot of fat it will be larger, however I think that diet is the major cause of the bloated/distended gut with guys over eating to put on size.

Agreed. A lot of wut ya got has to do with genetics... Still, the distended, bloated bellies... Most of us dont gotta worry about that. But if ya can stay lean and keep the abs tight, then everythin else will take care of itself.

i always wear my workout belt as tight as possible when working out. this helps to keep the stomach from distanding when pressing on heavy sets (bench, deadlift, squat). I think about it like the women in china who bind their feet; if you dont give your body room to grow or extend, it will stay in the same place. Same concept goes for your stomamch, if you "bind it" or keep it tight, it has no where to go.
