ok i started this a week ago and its definitely tough to keep up with. but im trying to figure out if i should tone down the calories for now bc i seem to be gaining too fast. i always weigh myself after i wake up, and it appears that i've gained 5# already. i don't look like i've gained 5 lbs, in fat or muscle.
should i cut back on the diet to prevent me from getting fat before i get bulky, or should i run course and assume i gained 5# bc i stopped taking Animal Cuts shortly before i began the diet?
im really concerned about this because even though i build muscle well, i can put on fat like mad.

also on a side note, when doing the farmers diet, do i HAVE to eat the yolks? i absolutely hate egg yolks whether scrambled or hard boiled. i will eat them, but i just dont like them and it makes the diet much less enjoyable than it could be.
thanks for your help in advance.

The yolks definitely help in the calorie department... but at every meal seems a bit excessive. what you could do is every other meal you have the yolks and then the other meals use natty PB and spread it on your bread for some variety, fats, and cals. Hope this helps my man!

I like the design of the diet. Simple and to the point. Mass.
